By downloading, installing, or using ZodiacLee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
ZodiacLee provides personalized daily readings and energy guidance based on your zodiac sign. The content is intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. ZodiacLee does not claim to predict the future or provide professional advice of any kind.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of ZodiacLee, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
ZodiacLee offers a free tier as well as paid subscription plans (Weekly and Yearly). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time.
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for paid subscription features. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and software in ZodiacLee are the property of ZodiacLee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use ZodiacLee for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to transmit any harmful or disruptive content, or to interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ZodiacLee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The content provided is for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for any important life decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZodiacLee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
